What is the minimum order quantity?
Most of our tokens are available from 100 pieces! You can check the MOQ in the product description.
How do I place a reorder?
Contact us with your order number and your desired quantity and we’ll get it set!
When do I receive my order with custom tokens?
For a new order we’ll create custom artwork based on your wishes. After approval we’ll get started with production, usually we will send out your order within 4 business days after proof is approved.
Which is better: printed or embossed tokens?
It depends on your application and design preferences. You can read more about the different printing techniques in our blog.
Which tokens fit in the counting trays?
Our plastic counting trays fit round tokens with a diameter from 23 mm up to 29 mm. Each compartment holds up to 10 tokens. We offer trays for 500 or 1,000 tokens for easy supply during events.
How do I submit my design for a token?
Submit your design when you order, or send your design to info@combicraftshop.com. Send your logo or image as a graphic file (AI, EPS, or PDF for Windows) or a high-resolution JPG, along with a short explanation, to info@combicraftshop.com. We will then create a proof (artwork) for your approval before starting production.
