Refund policy

You can return items within 14 days. This applies to both individual and business orders. Please note: for business returns, we charge a €10 processing fee (excluding VAT). For any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Return conditions

  • Only standard products can be returned.

  • Products with custom printing or engraving are made just for you and cannot be returned.

  • The return period is 14 days from the day you received the item.

  • The item must be unused and in perfect condition.

  • You are responsible for shipping the return back to us, including the postage.

  • We are not responsible for returns that do not reach us.

  • If the item is damaged, its value may be reduced.

  • You cannot return part of an order. For example, leftover tokens from an event cannot be returned.

How to return your items

Step 1 – Register your return

  • Log in to your account:
    • Enter your email address in the Email field, then click Continue.
    • Open the email you received from our store in your email account and copy the six-digit verification code from the email.
    • Return to the online store and enter the six-digit verification code.
  • Click on the order from which you want to request a return.
  • If your order contains more than one item, select the items you want to return.
  • Select a reason for return and add a note for the store.
  • Click “Submit Request.”

Step 2 – Post the items

Pack the items securely. Add a note with your name and order number. Please note: return shipping costs are not reimbursed.

Step 3 – Refund

Once we’ve received your return in good condition, we’ll email you a credit note. We will then ask for your IBAN details and refund the amount within 7 days of receiving your bank info. For business customers, we will credit the original invoice, minus the €10 processing fee.

Tips:

  • Keep the proof of shipment so you can track your return.
  • Pack the items carefully to avoid damage.
  • Include your name and order number with the return.

FAQ

What if my package arrives damaged?

That’s unfortunate. Please report it to the delivery person right away and note “package damaged” next to your signature. Then contact us by phone or email with your details and clear photos. Check if the contents are damaged as well.

What if I received a damaged, broken, or
incorrect item?

Contact us within 2 business days after receiving your order. Send us clear photos by email. We’ll gladly work with you to find a good solution.

Note: For custom-made products (like tokens with your own design), we rely on the order confirmation and the approved artwork. These are always final. Once you’ve approved the design, we can’t make changes and are not liable for errors. So please check the artwork carefully before giving your approval.
